"Ha sido un auténtico placer estar estos días en el alojamiento. Raúl, encantador y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Tuvimos algunos pequeños problemas de mantenimiento y fueron inmediatamente atendidos y solucionados. Estudio funcional, con lo que necesitas, actual y limpio. Menaje de cocina, paño, detergente para fregar los platos, estropajo, bayeta, fregona, escoba y recogedor. En el baño, bastantes toallas, papel higiénico, jabón de manos y gel. TV, cama enorme y super cómoda, hemos dormido...

"Buena ubicación. Limpieza correcta, aunque la vitrocerámica estaba sin limpiar. La mampara de la ducha no cierra bien. Los dispensadores de gel y champú no funcionan. Los útiles de cocina justos, pero bien. Si buscas playa, es ideal, a dos minutos andando tienes la playa. A la puerta hay parada de bus para moverte por Santander."

"Todo estaba muy bien , es muy comodo y nos ha tocado planta baja con acceso al jardin comunitario, q estaba bien. El problema es q me decepcione un poco pq en la foto de lo q reserve salia una terraza que en realidad corresponde a la posada, no al apartamento y desde el nuestro si no sales al jardin, no se ve el mar. La atencion de recepcion muy buena! Repetiré, pero la proxima vez cojo la posada para tener mejores vistas."

"The best thing about this hotel is definitely the staff—they are amazing! Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The biggest downside is the location. The hotel is quite far from the city center, which can be very inconvenient, especially if you plan on spending most of your time sightseeing and exploring the main attractions. Overall, the staff really made the experience a positive one, but I would definitely consider the distance from the city center when booking."

"Loved the location of this hotel. Beach is within a couple minutes walk, also there are some great restaurants and coffee nearby. It’s also really close to the tunnel to walk into the city center. The staff were very kind and helpful as well."

"The Citrea is a lovely hotel in Santander. A short walk from the Modern Art Museum (not the Botin Centre) and the town hall and the bus station, through the tunnel. Having been to Santander we knew this wasn't far so no issues. The room was cozy, but had plenty of storage cupboards. The air conditioning was absolutely needed in the heat of the summer, would go again just for this. The staff were fantastic, supporting us with every ask and arranged a late checkout on our departure day."

"This classic hotel right on the beach at Santander is definitely the place to stay. We had a sea view and it is wonderful looking at the constant activity on the beach. It has obviously been updated but maintains its period grandeur, however some details are still a little dated. Buffet breakfast was only OK, they had run out of natural yoghurts and we weren’t even there so late and told me that they would have some more the next day! The waiter did find us cuajada, which was appreciated. It’s in the centre of the bars and other Sardinero life"
