"Definitely a "grand" hotel. Reception desk staff were friendly, nice pool, free on-site parking, bottle of wine in the room was a nice touch as well as the shuttle to/from town. The bartender does not serve tap water which we thought unusual as every other hotel we stayed at has always been happy to serve us a glass of water (not paid for)."

"There is no front desk and no staff other than cleaning staff (very nice). They didn’t answer any of my email s with advance questions. However, the codes worked at 3 pm for check in, so it was fine. Make sure you phone is charged because you can’t get the code in advance."
