The property is close to the metro and bus stops. Staff were very polite and professional. Bed was comfortable to sleep in. Breakfast was a nice treat. The hotel itself is a beautiful building.

Las instalaciones son buenas en general, el sistema de refrigeración/calefacción es algo antiguo, pero fuera de eso todo es bueno. El personal es amable y bastante atento con cualquier problema que se presente.

Todo el staff es extremadamente cordial y amable. Tuvieron muchos detalles con un miembro de nuestro grupo que tiene limitaciones de movilidad. El desayuno es excelente. La ubicación es muy conveniente para la parada de buses que llevan al aeropuerto.

In its day, it was likely magnificent but now it is old and showing its age. It was clean enough, staff were helpful and the buffet breakfast was good. The entranceway and surrounding area is a bit worse.

Staff were always excellent. Floors in room were very dirty and had to be cleaned, but they did that and very well when asked. Single pane glass on St Martin side means a lot of traffic noise in the room.

Well run classic hotel in a convenient locale!
I stayed here 7 days total over 3 bookings as I was in/out of Santiago for flights to Rapa Nui, the Atacama & Torres del Paine. Each stay was great. Why? Well, first, unlike the original place that I booked when I arrived in Santiago who flat out lied about the quality of their wifi (it barely worked even at their front desk!), this place has wifi that actually works which they proved after I had to call over to them and confirm that it did before I had to get a taxi over. Once there, even though I had only booked 1 hour before, I got upgraded to a huge room for my first 2 nights w/a mini fridge (all rooms have them). All staff was helpful-all of them spoke good English which was helpful as my Spanish is marginal. Breakfast was pretty good overall-lots of options & they had amazing pastries/cakes. Further, as the hotel is set way back there was no street noise. The location is actually great as well-highly convenient-right next to a supermarket and a few restaurants, close to the metro, about a 15 min. walk to Plaza de Armas. The kicker is that it is about a 5 min. walk to the end of the line for the "Centro Aeropuerto" bus line direct to the airport-each way I paid about $2 US to get back and forth to the airport 5 different times in about 30-45 mins. I save a ton of taxi money. This is not a super modern hotel in an upscale neighborhood like BellaVista but all the amenities were there and the rooms are quite spacious and well designed. And the price was just right!

Very unsafe area i definitely would Never stay here again .I requested to cancel my 4 nights upon ariving . I ended up just leaving before my check out and booked another hotel . So disappointing

Está muy antiguo y descuidado. Cuando fuimos estaba casi vacío, y nos dieron las peores habitaciones (mal detalle) y camas separadas (cuando se reservaron juntas). Desayuno mediocre. No tiene opción de pagar en dólares (si eres extranjero te evitas así el IVA) con tarjeta de débito. Tiene que ser de crédito.

Staff friendly, helpful. Swimming pool non-operative but still listed as an amenity. Breakfast was good but restaurant food aweful and staff noncommittal.

I would like to say that I enjoyed my stay at this property and while everything wasn’t exactly top notch I also didn’t pay very much to stay there and also have a breakfast included. I liked the central location but most of all I really enjoyed how friendly your staff was from the cleaning people to the people at the front desk. They were excellent

Falta de aseo inperdonable
La habitacion se encontraba con el piso sucio el aseo deficiente al igual que el baño , es un edificio antiguo con sistema de aire acondicionado sin control que no funciona muy bien y las ventanas no se pueden abrir por el ruido, eh estado en varios hoteles de la misma cadena pero este me dejo muy desconforme.

Bom custo benefício, bem localizado, com café da manhã razoável. O quarto era confortável, mas tive alguns problemas relacionados a manutenção. No primeiro quarto o chuveiro estava ruim, e após a mudança de quarto, o ralo do box estava entupido e o ar condicionado barulhento.

Pésima atención. Habitaciones sin calefacción ni siquiera un plumón en las camas. Restaurante pesima la comida fría y recalentada. Y la atención y el servicio pésimo. No volveré muy decepcionado. No recomiendo este hotel caro y pésima atención

No tienen aire acondicionado , y cuando consultas por el aire la respuesta es : les podemos dar más frazadas . Una falta de respeto realmente pasamos mucho frío . Pagamos 4 noches y solo nos quedamos dos y la devolución aún no la hacen recibí un correo y nos devolverán mucho menos que lo real . Realmente una pésima experiencia .
