Dear Oliver, Thank you for sharing your experience with us, all of the feedback it is very important for us, since it help us improve in order to offer the best service we can to our guests. We are sorry for the noisy air conditioner, we hope it wasnt a major bother in your stay. We will defetnley work on this. Regarding the bathroom, we arent able to make modifications in the bulding, since its a patrimonial building, so it cant be modified. But, we still apology for not meeting your privacy levels.
