What to say about this nice boutique hotel built in 1920 by the famous architect, Luciano K. Well everything is perfect! My room was spacious. The terrasse offers beautiful view, with a bar-restaurant. The breakfast included delicious. The personnel is helpful and welcoming. That’s the place to stay in Lastarria when visiting Santiago de Chile! Recommended!

We highly recommend this hotel for travelers looking to experience the more traditional area of Santiago. We walked to so many key sites from here, including the Cerro San Cristobal, Cerro Santa Lucia, the Moneda (must see the changing of the guard), Plaza de Armas, etc. It was also just a five-minute walk to the many restaurants and bars in the Bellavista area. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms were comfortable, the breakfast was good, and we appreciated the convenience of the rooftop bar. We also did a few day-trips while in Santiago, and the tour companies picked us up right in front of the hotel.

The rooms are awful. They are dirty and items are broken. The craftsmanship of the upgrades was terrible. Our room had a glass shower door that was installed upside down. We had to change properties because it was so bad.

Unique and beautifully done boutique hotel in the perfect location straddling the Bellavista and LaStarria neighborhoods, while still being nice and quiet at night. We loved the breakfast and pool deck (the view!!!) and staff were very responsive to requests. The pool bar / restaurant hours (besides the gratis breakfast) were not clearly laid out so don’t expect a 24/7 bar by the pool (that is my only extremely minor note). We loved our stay.

The staff were excellent, polite and helpful. the architecture was interesting with an old elevator. we used the new one to transport luggage. marble staircase to the top floor, bar on top of building.

This hotel has huge potential but unfortunately it has not been maintained well. My room was dirty…all the baseboards and most surfaces that could collect dust were covered with dust. The vent over the sink hadn’t been cleaned in years. Fortunately, the toilet, bathroom sink and bed were clean. Otherwise, I couldn’t have stayed there. My TV satellite box had been disconnected before I arrived, the battery in the safe died while my valuables were inside, and the phone didn’t work. The staff was helpful but it took an hour to resolve these issues. Breakfast was mediocre. Although it’s .2 miles from the Lastarria neighborhood, the walk to get there is uncomfortable.

I really liked this hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the free breakfast was wonderful, and the location in Santiago was perfect. The style and vibe of the hotel were fantastic. I also felt very safe. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five is because of three things: the WiFi was painfully slow, the noise around my room was loud (I was next to the housekeeping storage/work room), and I had to pay for an entire extra night just to check in early. I would have also had to pay a hefty additional fee if I had chosen to checkout late. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Luciano K Hotel, and I would recommend it as a nice, safe place to stay in a centrally located area.

Achei o lugar em frente ao Parque florestal um pouco perigosa . Semana passada estive lá e aconteceu uma manifestação com polícia e os caras jogando latas e pedras . O hotel imediatamente fechou as portas . Achei a segiranca fraca já que a porta estava sempre fechada e tinha que tocar a companhia . As instalações em comum estão bem degradadas . Mas o quarto em que fiquei foi muito bom ! O staff muito prestativos . Mas a noite é complicado sair sozinha .

Horrible stay.
Was supposed to be 2 night we checked out after 1. Mouldy bathroom, cracked toilet, stained bathtub, dusty, filthy curtains and there was no access to the pool area until 7pm as it was being used for a photo shoot. We chose this place based on reviews and the fact it had a pool. No mention via email or anything that the rooftop bar and pool would be closed. If we had of known this before hand we would have booked elsewhere. This is def not a 4 star hotel. Should have stayed at the Pullman. See the photos. I would like a refund of the 2nd night.

Interior window overlooking the stairwell
It was not disclosed when booking that the room did not have a real window. The window overlooked the stairwell and had a huge lamp outside the window. We really like waking up to natural light every morning but had to close the shades because the lamp was on at all hours. For the price we paid, there should have been a real window. And at the very least it would have been disclosed in the listing. Also the area isn’t that safe looking at night. But during the day it’s okay. It’s a 10 minute walk to most of the good areas.

Very cool art deco hotel with the oldest elevator in Chile. Staff was lovely. the room we booked had an internal window only (which we knew) but was perfect. great value for money and the pool and rooftop are fabulous.

Great location for everything Santiago. Breakfast is great as well. The one thing to beware of is there contracted drivers aren’t reliable. We had the hotel arrange our transport to and from the hotel. The pick up from the airport was canceled by the service a week in advance which wasn’t a big deal. The driver to the airport messed up and went to the wrong hotel and somehow couldn’t come get us-which left us scrambling to figure out how to get to the hotel 10 minutes after our scheduled pick up. Have a plan B anytime you rely on the hotel drivers. Otherwise, this is the place to stay in Santiago

This hotel locates in an excellent location in Santiago, and hotel generally is quite clean. Upon checking in, we ran out a bottle of the drinking water in the room, and was hoping to refill. Instead, we were given a small bottle of water. When checking out, we were charged pretty steep price for the water bottle. I wish that the staff told me up front the cost so that I could buy one in next door supermarket. Otherwise, the staff is friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay here...the rooftop bar area was great. Great bartender, delicious mojito, and a nice view. We loved the antique elevator, the lovely breakfast, the comfortable bed and great shower. I highly recommend paying the hotel for transportation assistance if you do not speak Spanish fluently. We took our rental car to the airport a day early and the hotel sent a cab. They arranged our cab to the airport the next day ( we paid the driver directly on return...under 30 dollars. Money well spent. Driving in Santiago is very hectic. Wonderful hotel and staff

Cama confortável e café da manhã excelente. O hotel precisa urgente de manutenção. Toda a estrutura parece decadente. A entrada do hotel tem moradores de rua e moscas. Além disso, um amigo que estava comigo teve problemas com sua reserva e a gerência do hotel foi extremamente incompreensiva na resolução da situação. Em geral não tive uma má experiência, mas não recomendo.
