“A magical quiet location that we returned to after our 1st visit 8 years ago. We loved the new pool, bar and restaurant. The staff are amazing while they seemed overwhelmed with the volume of work. ”

“The people were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent! The grounds and view excellent! There was not much staff on the premises and we had just arrived from a Relais & Chateau which was pretty much the same price so in comparison this destination was lacking BUT if you are going to Monsaraz and want to relax after your day of visiting I would still highly recommend since nothing in the area is comparable and the place is very beautiful and enjoyable!”
