Amazing service

The manager waited for me to check me in 5 hours after curfew had closed the city down and no one was allowed out (I had a late flight). Service is amazing and the staff is too nice. Definitely my favorite hotel in Boca Chica

I LIKE THE PROPERTY ITSELF AND ITS POSITION, FOR THE PRICE EXCELENT PLACE,FOOD AMAZING TRY THE CROISSANTS BEST OF THE WORLD. DIDNT LIKE JUST LOOK A LITTLE MORE ON THE SMALL DETAILS WHEN CONSTRUCTING SOMETHING BETTER FINISHINGS.

Contacted the hotel a few days ago thru Expedia app. They stated the have airport pick up. Gave them my eta and flight number. Flew in. Waited and waited. Called their phone, no answer. Had to overpay a rip-off taxi $40.00.

This Hotel is a Hotel that no one should ever come to, because they don’t give good services, no internet in the rooms and no phones in the room in case of emergencies, they don’t have hot water in the rooms, when you don’t have soap and ask for another one they give me a lot of excuses, the electricity is off and on very day and you have to stay in the dark and the worst thing is the the receptionist who’s working in the Hotel want to increase the price even if you had a reservation prior, it’s just terrible

Boca Chica

This is definitely an area you stay if your single and looking to “mingle”...not a family type atmosphere to say the least. The good- The hotel is located in an active area. Lots of tourists shops and restaurants. Some good night clubs for dancing. The rooms are just as pictured, clean, great hot water pressure in the shower. The breakfast was free but it wasn’t the best, but not the worst either. After a night of drinking it gets the job done. The staff is nice and other than the issue below no complaints. The bad- I left my wallet locked in the hotel safe. I called and they unlocked it and said they would hold it for me. When I picked it up they had all my ID’s, my insurance card and my Costco card. They “didn’t find” the actual coach wallet (cheap wallet who cares) or my credit card (that I did care about). But it’s about what you can expect if you “rich AMERICAN” leave your wallet. The pool in the pictures is a small hot tub. Maybe fit 4 people.

I appreciate the help desk members & and their services, the cleanliness. The air conditioning also is perfect. Breakfast can be better, very basic, elementary. Main issue: water infiltration in the room (attached picture).

Good time. Great people.

This was my 4th time there. I like the people that work there. I am already booked again for January. I feel like it's a good place to stay for the money. Hopefully this covid 19 will be over soon and we can dine outdoors again!

The wifi was only in the lobby. The rooms are extremely noisy, you know what's going on in the hallway all night long. The staff was not helpful at all. I would not recommend this place at all, even if you just need a place to sleep.

Just a very nice quiet place but near all the nightlife. Great staff. Decent food. I go 5 times a year and stay there every time. I have tried others but always come back to FRIO HOT

The workers were friendly, the bedroom was a small decent size for 1 person. The bathroom was ok. The shower you have to let run for a little bit before it gets hot, they forgot to mention that. Overall this place was great.

Nice place - expensive shuttle

Nice place with good location and the staff were very helpful. However, charging 35 USD for a ten minute taxi ride to the airport is heavily overpriced.
