“We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the Felicidad for our stay. The beautiful front doors were a welcome site and just a hint of what it was like inside. If you appreciate solid mahogany doors and woodwork you will love the Felicidad. The staff was courteous, polite , professional and accommodating. “The hotel lobby looked good but when we got to our rooms, there was musty smell even in the hallways. The rooms are dark and uncomfortable. The rooms had molds, there was no cable tv. Their pool and recreation area were non-operational, which was misleading since their website is outdated and didn't mention any of these information. ”
