Sehr nette Gastgeber, welche mehrere Wohnungen zu einzigartigen Zimmern ausgebaut haben. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück und sehr ruhige Gegend. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen am Gran Sasso Massiv. Google Maps hat von der Hauptstraße weggeführt ,die Einfahrt befindet sich aber an der Hauptstraße.

Comfy little pad high in the hills of Abruzzo!
Santo Stefano di Sessanio is a wonderfully higgledy-piggledy little village perched on an Abruzzo hillside. It suffered some serious damage during the recent earthquakes and many of the buildings are now held together by structural scaffolding, and two or three self-erecting tower cranes are busy helping the rebuilding work. La Casa su le Dimore del Borgo is a lovely old farm building that Ettorio, the hereditary owner, has skilfully transformed into small self-contained apartments. Ours was on the ground floor; it was quite dark with only a couple of small windows, but also had the luxury of under-floor heating! We spent two very comfortable nights there and would have no problem recommending it to others who may be looking for a few peaceful nights high in the hills.

Bucolic charm
Delightful! Converted old farm house with several lovely large modernized rooms. Beautifully decorated with Italian rustic items. Fresh farm yogurt and eggs for own kitchenette so we could make our own breakfast OUR way! Charming, warm owners. Would love to return!

B&B in compagnia
Ai piedi di Santo Stefano di Sessanio siamo stati benissimi in questa struttura costruita da vari appartamenti - rustici ma attrezzati e dignitosi. Anche con qualche piccolo problema si è risolto sempre tutto. Breakfast sta sempre in camera dalla sera prima con prodotti strettamente locali (uova, yoghurt, biscotti, pane). Abbiamo esplorato da Rocca di Calascio a Aquila. Varie possibilità di passeggiate. Grazie Carmen per la tua costante disponibilità.

Casa dolce casa...
Sono arrivato di notte e con la neve non per vacanza. Sono stato accompagnato telefonicamente da una gentilissima signora perché il navigatore dava i numeri.
Il sig. Ettore stava spalando la neve per farmi parcheggiare.
Mi è stato tantissimo di aiuto e gentilissimo nel momento in cui sono dovuto andare via. Mi ha trattato come un "figlio" mi ha messo le catene e mi ha accompagnato fino al punto dove neve non ce ne era.
Avrei pagato anche il doppio solo per la gentilezza...
Esteticamente e per quanto riguarda le camere e il TOP.

Struttura antica completamente rimessa a nuovo pur mantenendo le caratteristiche peculiari di un edificio rurale. Le mura in pietra, il pavimento in cotto (riscaldato) e l'arredamento in legno ne fanno un luogo idilliaco dove passare qualche giorno circondati da paesaggi mozzafiato e borghi tra i più belli d'Italia.
Personale attento e disponibile, camera sempre pulita ed ordinata, posto auto ed atmosfera tranquillissima.
Ci torneremo senz'altro!

La Casa Su Le Dimore del Borgo ....un camera qui significa casa tua. Non hai bisogna di portare niente . C'è una cucina con tutto quello che serve per cucinare: Pentole, padelle, teglie, posate, bicchiere, piatti, tazzine per cafe e cappuccino, forno, sale, olio, zucchero, caffe e macchinetta per fare caffè. Nel bagno c'è tutto anche asciuga capelli.

La cortesia fa la differenza
Casetta tipica in pietra molto semplice e carina, posizione ottimale per il parcheggio peccato non fosse possibile utilizzare il caminetto.Colazione varia, ma sono state l' accoglienza familiare e cortesia della signora a farci sentire come a casa!

A due passi dal magico borgo di Santo Stefano di Sessanio, verrete accolti in uno splendido contesto rurale, confortevole e silenziosissimo (a parte il piacevole canto delle civette che vi farà compagnia per tutto il soggiorno). Comodo per visitare gli splendidi borghi di Calascio e Castel del Monte e per escursioni sul Gran Sasso. Staff meraviglioso! Consigliatissimo!
