Excellent experience for our family with three teenage kids. Very attentive staff, attentive to our needs 24x7. Very good food and more than ample breakfast included. Very clean facilities, pool and hot tubs. Our experience at the Royal Suite was exceptional.

A great hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location with amazing caldera views. Breakfast was bought to the room each morning & was very good with a variety of options to choose from. When the weather was warm enough we used the outdoor pool which was heated.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable bed. Bathroom was a bit dark when getting ready to go out. Hot tub was NOT a hot tub—but rather a jacuzzi, which matters in February. View stunning. Food delicious. Would recommend.

This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The room was incredible, the breakfast was delicious, the staff were so so kind and attentive, and the views from our room were breathtaking. We stayed during the offseason during March which was nice it was more quiet and private. During peak season I imagine it might be a different experience with more people at the hotel. The room’s balconies are very close to each other so you will hear your neighbors if you are lounging on the patio. Lots of stairs to get down to get to the hotel itself but so worth it. Staff was kind enough to help us with our bags coming down and up the stairs. Definitely recommend this hotel! We stayed at three different hotels during our trip as we were traveling Greece and this hotel was my absolute favorite.

This is a fantastic hotel; the staff were all very friendly and helpful and responsive to all requests. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again. Our room was very comfortable, always clean, wonderfull breakfasts provided, strong water pressure and A/C. We always felt welcomed.
