Bonsai Luxury Suites is a great location for those who want to have a quiet stay without the chaos of people and don’t mind a 20 ish minute walk to Fira. Bonsai has only 4 suites, we hardly saw others during our 4 night stay. The property is new, well kept and rooms are very comfortable. Gerald was our host and quickly remedied what could have been a huge issue with our booking. We booked through Expedia and our room was double booked. Fortunately they had another lovely room available that we could use. This was not a Bonsai issue but Dragons Group through Expedia (apparently they have had issues in the past and will no longer be using this group). He was very responsive and helpful with suggestions during our stay, including recommending we rent a car which we hadn’t planned on doing but is a must in Santorini, otherwise you pay $$$$ for taxis and/or the inconvenience of navigating the limited bus service.

Séjours tres agréable, tres bien placé pour aller visiter l'île et prendre les bus. Dommage que le jacuzzi n'a pas fonctionné pendant tout le séjour.
