The hotel is fantastic. The pool is awesome, with DJ playing music. So are the staff and the restaurant. I highly recommend it.

Absolutely stunning hotel. Wonderful staff, great setting and the whole place has been done so, so well. From the second you arrive to the second you leave nothing is too much trouble. We stayed with our three daughters in the Aqua Suite and it was perfect. Two bedrooms, super comfy beds, two super bathrooms. Small touches like the arrival drinks, WhatsApp service and poolside service really made the stay feel special. Food and drink were all excellent too, especially the breakfast!

We’ve stayed at 3 hotels during our trip to Greece and NĒRO was by far our favorite one. It’s one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve seen and the staff is amazing and friendly and exceedingly helpful. It was our little oasis while in Santorini. The breakfast buffet was great, and chilling by the pool with a live DJ spinning relaxing tunes and ordering drinks was peak vacation vibes. Should out to Lefty and Vasilikis. They made our stay even better than it was already.

Nero is a gorgeous boutique hotel and absolutely five-star in my opinion! The rooms are spacious and beautiful, the shower was wonderful, and the pool is gorgeous. The spa and indoor pool are beautiful as well. The breakfast spread is amazing, and the restaurant was excellent—the chicken Caesar salad was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had, and the drinks were always on point! The location is fantastic, within walking distance of many wonderful restaurants with spectacular caldera views. Nero also has an elevator, which is especially helpful for anyone with mobility or disability concerns. What truly makes Nero special is the staff. Joy at reception was amazing—knowledgeable, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Valentino, the porter, was always friendly and even walked with us to nearby destinations. Maria kept my room absolutely flawless. And my “Three Amigos”—Joseph, George, and Vaggelis at the bar and restaurant—were wonderful! Warm, funny, and attentive, they made me feel completely at home when I was there by myself and truly made my evenings memorable. Nero is beautiful, but the people make it exceptional. Thank you Joy, Valentino, Maria, Joseph, George, and Vaggelis! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The location was perfect—close to everything I needed and easy to get around. The entire property was spotless, and my room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. What really made the difference was the staff. Every single person I interacted with was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive. The breakfast each morning was another highlight—plentiful, fresh, and delicious with a variety of options to choose from. Overall, a truly excellent stay. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay and would happily return. The hotel is peaceful, tranquil, and the perfect place to unwind. The interior is beautifully designed with a modern, minimalist, elegant style, and the entire property is immaculately clean. The views across the sea are absolutely stunning, especially from the spacious pool area, where it was easy to relax and enjoy the scenery. The staff were consistently kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. There are just a few areas where the hotel could improve. Breakfast was perfectly nice, but for a five-star hotel I expected a little more. There was no personalised omelette or crêpe station, and the fruit selection was fairly limited. It felt more like a four-star breakfast than a true luxury offering. I was also surprised that use of the gym cost €40 per day. It is a fairly standard gym, and I believe access should be included within the room rate at a hotel of this calibre. The cocktails, at around €20 each, also felt overpriced. Overall, though, these were relatively minor points. The beautiful surroundings, elegant design, exceptional cleanliness, breathtaking views, and welcoming staff made for a truly relaxing stay. If you are looking for a peaceful escape in Santorini, this is a lovely choice, and we would definitely return.
