What a lovely place! We had a spacious room with its own pool and felt like royalty. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our breakfast was included in our price and we had more than enough to eat. We walked to the nearest village, had dinner at the harbour, and also visited the tomato museum. The hotel is on the beach and they have their own deckchairs with umbrellas on the beach and it is beautiful. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We had a very relaxing and peaceful time. The staff couldn’t do enough for you. Food was lovely and fresh. If you’re looking for a peaceful holiday, then this is the right place. I think it’s still got potential and the owners were asking for our input, they were very open to suggestions on how they could improve it and have more ideas of their own such as putting in a play area for children. I would advise it is out the way so should be prepared to hire a car or catch a bus/cab to the main towns. Melanie was very helpful with arranging day trip, transfer etc. lovely people.

Second time visiting here and for a relaxing chilled beautiful stay it cannot be beaten. All the team on site are really friendly, helpful and kind. Maria and Melanie so friendly and full of helpful tips about local knowledge. Maid service excellent and ladies very kind. Having a good sized pool and such close proximity to a lovely beach are ideal. On site restaurant/ bar with good range of options and again wonderful staff. Several different options for sitting and relaxing around the grounds including picturesque veranda at sea edge with great views, beach beds very comfortable. If staying here for a longer period would recommend a car as no shops within walking distance. Confident walkers could follow beach to Perivolos with a good array of bars, restaurants, mini markets, equally some fabulous fish restaurants around the bay towards Vlychada. Several options for boat trips from Vlychada and teams there also really friendly. Great base for exploring this island too.

This hotel was lovely and clean staff were very friendly pool was nice. Beach beds amazing. A few downsides no tv channels in room, the half board food options not great. No choice for starter which was a salad to share between two and no options for dessert and the main course portion size was rather small compared to other Greek destinations. If you ordered from the menu itself the portions were much larger. This hotel is in the middle of nowhere you need a car or if you’re happy to do nothing it’s perfect. As it’s the World Cup this year I would have thought they would have a central tv somewhere on site but there was nothing. Some entertainment was needed for the evening.

Great, will stay another time!

Great stay, breakfast was included, beach near by, friendly and approachable staff, all speak english and very well organised. The only downside was people swimming in the swimming pool without a shower prior, so pool can be dirty depending on a day.

From the moment we reached the property, everything has been just amazing. The property is even more beautiful than the pictures. Everyone at the property made sure we had the best time, with great recommendations and help with anything we needed. Not to miss, the owners, Chris and Marija, they made sure we had everything we needed, at any time of the day. Each staff member is like family and they make you feel like a family staying with them. And the room with the outdoor jacuzzi, was the cherry on top of everything. Definitely coming back here whenever in santorini ❤️

Beautiful place to stay. Definitely remote. You must have a car. We came with a family of 5 and it was very spacious. 3 bedrooms with queen beds. Nothing in in walking distance so if you don’t mind driving this is a great place to stay. Closest grocery store is 8 minutes away. A few Dinner choices about 5 minutes away.

A stunning hotel with amazing staff. This hotel is beautiful, clean and has amazing views. You really are right on the beach. The hotel is located at the south of the island so a taxi or bus is required to get to Oia or Fira. However we enjoyed having a day exploring these lovely towns before retreating back to the quiet part of the island. Food is excellent and the staff are very accommodating to any of your dietary needs and offer to make you anything you wish. The entire place is clean, tidy and kept in great condition. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely return. We had a private plunge pool and this topped off our holiday and was kept clean and regularly maintained! Definitely 5* hotel with 5* service! Note that the city tax can only be paid in cash.

This hotel is at the south of the island in Agios Georgios and hosts a private black beach. The accommodation was clean and airy. The hotel sits on lovely grounds with swimming pool, covered and open loungers and sofas and a clean open-air restaurant. A mix of hotel residents from various countries joined over the 4 nights we stayed there and made for some interesting exchanges. • The staff were superb! Welcoming, attentive, helpful suggestions and accommodating of our particular needs. They always made us feel like were their ONLY guests (though clearly they were fully booked the full duration of our stay!) • Pre-arrival communications: timely, responsive, clear and informative. • The room was spacious and nicely set up. Cross ventilation with both front and back balconies – even with a small clothes rack for small hand washing we did on site. If you are intending on truly “living” in the apartment – the kitchen setup may be limiting. We managed to cobble together breakfasts but only 1 aluminum pan and 1 spatula (LOL)! A courtesy pickup/drop off shuttle (arranged through reception) to the grocery store was great. • Hotel is not far from the strip of restaurants in Perissa. You will need a car or find a taxi service to work with. • Overall it was a lovely stay. The BIG take away from us were the staff – Katarina, Efi and Sami at reception, and Alex at the bar made every effort to tend to our needs and made for a beautiful stay.

As my first-ever solo holiday, I was naturally a little apprehensive, but from the moment I arrived I felt completely welcomed, safe, and looked after. This is a genuinely hands on family run business, and that warmth shines through in every interaction. The staff are exceptional,friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about ensuring guests have the best possible experience. Nothing felt too much trouble, and the personal touches throughout made my stay feel truly special. The attention to detail is evident everywhere, from the beautifully maintained grounds to the thoughtful little extras that create a boutique, bespoke feel. The tranquil pool area was the perfect place to unwind, while the private beach relaxation area offered a peaceful escape from the crowds. A particularly thoughtful feature is the walkway on the beach which was appreciated, as the black volcanic sand becomes extremely hot underfoot in the summer sun! For anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of Santorini's busiest tourist hotspots, this is an ideal choice. It offers peace, relaxation, and a genuine sense of wellbeing while still being within reach by taxi of the island's attractions. What started as my first solo holiday turned into the perfect wellness retreat. I left feeling rested, refreshed, and grateful for such a warm and memorable experience. Well done Sea Sound.
