It was a really lovely stay with all the amenities you need and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Loved the location as it was close to the main Oia dome area yet not in all the hustle bustle. There is a bus stop at walking distance and grocery shot nearby. We found location and accommodation to be excellent. The hot tub was perfect although weather was not too good for it whilst we stayed. It was always nice and hot.

Check-in was quick and seamless, and every hotel employee I encountered was professional and genuinely helpful. I would recommend staying in an elegant suite with an outdoor hot tub as it adds a whole new atmosphere to your stay due to the privacy and views available.

We loved our stay here. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly. The staff helped arrange several ride pickups and arrangements for a wine tour. One of our favorite amenities was our breakfast that was served every morning on our patio. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

We loved the private rooftop jacuzzi with a view of Oia and overlooking the Santorini countryside. The property is just when you enter Oia so it is quiet and peaceful but just a short walk to the main tourist area of Oia. The staff was amazing and provided everything that we needed.

We had an absolutely delightful stay on Santorini at Sol d’Oro. Anastasia welcomed us and oriented us to the hotel. Really appreciated the complimentary Bellini! My daughter especially spent a lot of time in the hot tub! Adonis was very helpful with carting our luggage and bringing out breakfast. Breakfast was really excellent, homemade omelets and such. Not the usual included breakfast fare. I really liked the location of the hotel. Though it was not near the shopping area and didn’t have the dramatic view, it was easy enough to walk to and I appreciated that there weren’t a gazillion stairs as people tend to comment on. Very comfortable. Would happily stay again!

Adonis and Anastasia are perfect hosts. Very cooperative and willing to help with everything. Breakfast is perfectly customizable and prompt and delicious. Amazing. I wished we had chosen a caldera view which would be another property but that is more my inability to do more research. Sole D Oro is perfect for what it provides.
