The female who checked us in tried to offer us a basic room and only after much objection did we get something similar to what we paid for and booked so we were not happy but accepted as we didnt want to spoil our holiday. This female continued to be a problem so we blocked her, everyone else in the hotel were wonderful from the General Manager down to the Cleaning team. Sadly lots of the facilities were closed as they were not set up for the season and nothing is a walk away. We did have pretty decent breakfasts each day and Eri in the restaurant is very helpful but we were the only guests for dinner when we booked and the Sky was not always open The location is lovely and the views incredible. The General Manager needs a special mention, he's a real asset and always with a smile.

Other than a little misunderstanding due to communication issues the staff was very professional and we got to meet other guests we had a driver George not sure if thatā€™s how he spells his name but he was amazingly professional thumbs up! I would definitely stay there again
