This was the most amazing trip. Nadia and staff were incredible and exceeded expectations. To have an amazing staff to go along with this phenomenal scenery at the White Pearls was more than we could ever ask for.

Property was located overlooking the sea. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast in the mornings were excellent and our server Nicoletta she was amazing she had the most amazing personality. The hot tub in the room created the perfect atmosphere. Would definitely recommend this location. My wife and I got there Friday night same and was able to do plate smashing same night at the restaurant. Overall we had an amazing experience.

We had an amazing stay and would absolutely return! The property is beautiful, with an incredible location and gorgeous Santorini sunsets. The staff were fantastic from the moment we arrived — check-in was wonderful, the concierge was incredibly helpful, and they even let us view several rooms before we ultimately decided to stay with our original room, which we loved. A highlight was the Greek Night — authentic Greek food, fantastic music and even plate smashing! Such a fun and memorable experience. Breakfast was excellent every morning, the hot tub was beautiful, and the staff were always quick to help with anything we needed. They even handled our laundry during our long trip, which was incredibly convenient. Visiting at this time of year was perfect, with beautiful weather and fewer crowds. Wonderful hotel, wonderful staff and a fantastic Santorini experience. We would definitely stay again!

Amazing place, stunning views and expert customer service! Our room has amazing caldera views and the shared outdoor pool was never busy and felt like a private poo! We only had one night in Santorini and the team made us feel at home and set us up with the best day we could have imagined. They arranged our transport to and from a winery in Imerovigli where we had the best wine tasting followed by dinner with the locals most amazing sunset view we will probably ever experience! Highly recommend m!!

The location was perfect including a full view of the caldera. We had a 2 bedroom and it was even more spacious than expected. The service was also excellent, with special thanks to the porters who carried our luggage up and down the stairs.

Beautiful property; the rooms were spacious. I stayed at the WHITE PEARL LAOKASTI SUITES across the street, with a restaurant and swimming pool bar, not the actual villas facing the sea—these are part of the Whites Pearl Villas. This info would have been useful before booking, so I could have been better prepared. Nonetheless, this property is in the best part of the area. The staff was wonderful. I would recommend it if you are not looking forward to waking up to a view of the sea.

Had an early am flight and asked and was reassured several times that someone will be there to help with bags and guess what no one was there, no one to contact and no one answered the phone so we carried our luggage up what is equivalent to 5 flights of stairs to get to street

The staff were great, they tried to go above and beyond. However, the listing was misleading. They will put pictures which look nice - 2 pools, big rooms - but in reality it was 1 jacuzzi, smaller room. Its definitely not a 5 star experience. Maybe 3 star. The rooms you see is not what you get, its based on availability - and you might be out of luck. Overall - for the premium price you pay - there are better options. Also - for honeymoon package - 130 euros got me - few rose petals, cheap candles and some baklava, a bottle of generic wine. Not worth it.

Our stay at White Pearl was genuinely astounding! Every single thing at this beautiful property was in its perfect place & tended to by friendly, helpful & all around top-notch staff. They seemed just as invested in our visit to Santorini as we were, especially the 3 front desk staff we had many enjoyable & helpful interactions. We were married at another location but stayed here, and setup in the Secret Suite, which the honeymoon suite. It has 4 different levels when counting the outdoor porches with stunning views, including its own private pool which overlooks the caldera—here you can also see Fira, Imerovigli & Oia, which these excellent accommodations are within quick walking distance of the latter. All manner of things you’d want to access begin directly adjacent to the property. There is a coffee shop just across the street from the front desk, right alongside that are a number of markets, restaurants, shops of all kinds, and all of this is along a walkway with an impeccable view of the caldera & Aegean Sea. Be prepared to walk up & down many stairs throughout the area, though the walkway which goes all the way to the scenic viewpoint at the end of Oia is largely ramps. That in mind, there were many stairs to reach our room at the villas as well, but the villas had a great baggage carrier to make this easy. We could not be happier with our stay at White Pearl, and recommend to anyone who seeks a luxurious & wonderful trip, as ours was an immaculate experience!

Amazing location. Quiet enough because of where it is. Away from hustle and bustle of main tourist area. But that main area is only a two minute walk away. Loved staying here - views on the caldera cannot be beat.
