The hotel was very clean and beautiful! It was close to the airport, beach. Most of all, restaurants around the hotel were very good.!!! Reasonable price, tasting good.

Excellent
Ce fut un séjour exceptionnel dans l'hotel Hermes. Tout le personnel est très aimable (les 2 dames de l'accueil, les demoiselles du ménage, Alberto et Iana au petit-déjeuner, les 2 serveurs du restaurant le soir,...). Il règne une sérénité particulière. L'hotel est très propre. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux, frais et très bon. Les chambre sont très bien nettoyées. Les 2 piscines sont très bien. L'hotel en vrai est même mieux que sur les photos. Je recommande ! Victoria

L’hotel è appena fuori dal lungo mare e questo per noi è stata un’ottima scelta per il silenzio ed eventualmente per parcheggiare l’auto. Ottima la pulizia e personale alla reception molto disponibile e gentile. Molto buono il servizio ristorante. Sicuramente da consigliare

Hotel is zeer een fijne en rustige hotel. Personeelsleden waren zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers waren schoon en ze kwamen overeen met de foto’s die op de sites te zien zijn. Hotel ligt op 2 min loopafstand van een market en 5 min loopafstand van Kamari beach. Het is zeker een aanrader.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo e il personale è stato molto disponibile e gentile con noi. La struttura è pulita e la camera (con idromassaggio, nel nostro caso) era molto bella. Servizi comodi e struttura ben curata. Grazie mille di tutto!

Nice hotel however it needs few upgrades, lot of mosquitoes, the ax was not working properly, the bathroom is dated and no sign that you should not drink the tap water which was extremely salty, the staff is great and very helpful, the pool needs cleaning every day and it would have many flies and leaves that stayed there over days

Initially we had a problem with the 2nd room, but then staff was very helpful in resolving that. The breakfast and pool were very good. Property was very clean. Room was also very clean, but bathroom needs a makeover. Especially the tub. Christina and Athina were very helpful.

Excellent, small boutique hotel, very clean, lovely food, lovely staff, excellent location only 5 minutes walk from beach, restaurants and shops. 11 minutes cab ride from airport.

Had a weekend trip for my birthday and was really happy with the amazing experience at Hermes. The hotel grounds were beautiful, the breakfast was delicious and had lots of options daily, the location was perfect to access the main area in Kamari with shops, restaurants and the beach all within a short walk. The staff were always friendly and so helpful throughout in organizing rides, giving directions, offering suggestions and making reservations. Would definitely stay here if I visit Santorini again!

Je suis passé dans cet hôtel avec ma femme pour 3 jours et 4 nuits. J’ai passé un agréable moment dans l’hôtel. Les hôtesses sont très très gentilles et prêtes à nous aidé en cas de besoins. L’hôtel possède une piscine et un jacuzzi dans lequel on as passé des agréable moment. Les chambres sont grandes et bien propre. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel

We loved the hotel specially the breakfast it had a wonderful spread and super yummt yogurt parfaits that I am still craving !. Also offered free parking which was useful for a quad the hotel helped us rent . The pool area was lovely and the staff was great. They also helped booked round trip airport transportation and if you check out before you leave there is a room to hang out in and put your suitcase also walking distance from the beach and a really good restaurant . They also have a restaurant with good food

The property was well-maintained and the grounds were gorgeous. There was plenty of ample shade and it was very clean. My only criticism would be the WIFI. It was very slow or non-existent in the room. We had to go to the hotel lobby to get WIFI

Our room was nice the shower was a little small. We had a gorgeous veiw from our balcony. We got the superior room with the garden view. We thought there was a plunge pool on our balcony but thats only in the junior suites. The breakfast buffet was perfect whether you want something light or a full breakfast. Delicious! The grounds and pool area were beautifully landscaped. And the hotel was just minutes away from the beach front shops and restaurants. I liked being off the main area a little bit because it was nice and quiet.

Great stay but a few important things were missing
Overall good stay, hotel was beautiful, breakfast was delicious, two pools were great and could have as many beach towels as you liked, our rooms were restocked with fresh towels everyday, staff gave us good recommendation's, hotel food and drink was decently priced and nice, however a couple of things: 1. Our room booking said that we had a plunge pool and we didn't get one. The staff were accommodating and moved us to a bigger room but still no plunge pool. 2. The room did not feature a mini bar of any kind 3. Our room booking was for 3 adults (1 single bed and a Queen bed) - we were given a sofa mattress that was very uncomfortable. 4. Air-conditioning wasn't great - only one half of the room was kept cools so made for very uncomfortable sticky nights in August. 5. Bedsheets were never changed - that would have been lovely. 6. My friend and I lost a couple of things at the hotel and staff didn't seem all that interested and didn't provide much help.

Nous y avons passé un séjour de 3 jours, à notre arrivée tardive, le personnel à l'accueil nous a accompagné jusqu'à notre chambre, très sympathique et accueil chaleureux. Nous voulons également souligné l'attention particulière et l'agréable surprise après chaque passage de la femme de ménage, le samedi pétales de roses disposés en forme de 2 coeurs sur le couvre lit, puis le lendemain, 2 cygnes (faits avec les serviettes de bain) s'embrassant et tenant une fleur d'hibiscus dans leurs becs... Vraiment magnifique !! Le cadre de l'hôtel est charmant, l'hôtel est calme et la piscine est de bonne taille, l'eau très agréable ! Tout le personnel a le sourire, est à notre écoute, et de bons conseils. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et propose des spécialités locales. Nous avons passez un séjour d'exception dans cette hôtel et espérons y retourner prochainement. :) À 4 minutes à pieds se trouve la plage de Kamari et sa rue bordée de restaurants bars ambiance et boutiques. Parfait pour les ballades nocturnes !
