“Great location. Great hotel”

“kindest staff ever, beautiful room, i love it ”

“Go ahead, Hainan = Atlantis. First of all, my personal Butler, Dikshya Kunwar who is good at English, kindly chats and replies. Anytime you need anything or have any questions, I touched by her kind service. She was so kind and that's why I want to come here again. If I come to Hainan, I won't go another place, i will come only here, ”

“Starting to get a bit tired. Stayed here on 2019 but has since changed name and caters far less for western patrons in terms of restaurants within hotel”

“10 check-in counter and only 1 staff is working for guests”

“Was very serene and beautiful...got caught off guard by the robots tho”
