"You're matched with a Four Seasons hotel price for a 3 star hotel. Granted, the hotel electrical system was adequately installed, the architecture/design is somewhat pleasant, and the staff is, of course, Brazilian quality kindness. The Hospitality venture owners did not invest in other sections, and don't continuously do so.
