O hotel fica num bairro tranquilo em São Lourenço, sendo sua localização mais adequada para quem vai à cidade de carro. Os quartos são espaçosos, limpos e bem equipados. Café da manhã simples, mas gostoso, com boa variedade de bolos, pães e sucos. Não tive tempo para usar a piscina, mas parecia estar bem cuidada. Os proprietários são simpáticos e se esforçam para fazer os hóspedes se sentirem em casa.

O quarto com as condições informadas pelo site da Hoteis.com e contratado através do mesmo não existia no hotel Ciconha. A dona do hotel ficou bastante consternada com a situação e acabou me oferecendo e disponibilizando um quarto muito além daquele que eu havia "contratado", amplo e confortável.

Quando fui pagar no check out, ja haviam debitado no meu cartao de credito e eu preferia ter pago com cartao de debito. Acho q o estabelecimento deveria ter perguntado antes se poderia fazer a transacao no credito ou não.
