Pior lugar que já fiquei na vida. Check-in foi terrível, o sistema deles rejeitou meus documentos diversas vezes, a ponto de eu quase não conseguir efetivar o check-in antes de entrar no prédio. Pra piorar, não havia tolhas de banho ou de rosto no quarto. NENHUMA TOALHA. O responsável respondeu aos meus questionamentos mas não resolveu absolutamente NADA. Fui obrigado a comprar toalha de banho. NÃO RECOMENDO ESTE LUGAR A NINGUÉM.

Péssimo sistema de check in. Reconhecimento facial não funciona para acessar o aplicativo de internet. Depois de muito sofrimento e demoras o atendimento por pessoa recebeu minha foto e documentos. Ao chegar no local para check in a biometria facial não funcionou. O porteiro liberou minha entrada depois de conferir as informações. Dentro da acomodação encontrei problema para acionamento do vaso sanitário. Como era fim de semana não havia assistência. Depois de mais n procedimentos via WhatsApp obtive mudança de acomodação. Na próxima acomodação não havia água no chuveiro nem torneiras do lavatório. Mais n burocracias por WhatsApp e nova acomodação... Nesta outra o boxe do chuveiro estava "amontoado" sobre o lavatório, dificultando a entrada. Depois dessa, cansado de tantas encrencas ficamos por lá. Cansaço! Recomendo não contratar com o tal do chalie !
