Stay was wonderful! A great budget hotel in the heart of Sao Paulo. Clean room, clean linens, very strong shower and water pressure, nice staff, affordable price, easy to get to, valet parking is easy to use and affordable per night. I definitely plan to come back!

Os problemas começaram com a demora no check-in, em seguida paguei o quarto para 3 pessoas e recebi na recepção um kit para forrar a terceira cama, ou seja, teria q fazer o papel de camareira. O quarto contava com uma cama em que vc não poderia se mexer, caso acontecesse, um barulho insuportável começava que acordava todos os outros e para finalizar, no banheiro não tinha um único kit de shampoo, primeiro lugar que me hospede e não dispõe. É sabido o custo-benefício do Ibis mas essa sem dúvida foi uma das minhas piores experiências em termos de hospedagem.
