El Hotel muy bien, las áreas comunes Hermoso , Exelente !!! La atención del personal en recepción , botones y Restaurant Exelente .. lo único que las habitaciones si bien están bien cuidadas y limpias están un poco viejas , otra situación es que llegamos tarde en un vuelo y no conseguimos nada para comer . En la recepción fueron muy amables de proveernos número de delivery pero no se puede llamar ni de la recepción ni de los cuartos por lo. Q tuvimos q hacer una llamada internacional para pedir una pizza Buena ubicación

Bom hotel, necessita algumas reformas

Hotel bonito, mas que necessita de reformas em algumas áreas como: restaurante e carpetes dos corredores. Precisa ser obrigatório o uso de luvas, pelos hóspedes, no café e almoço, INDEPENDENTE de pandemia, É QUESTÃO DE HIGIENE!! Além do mais, tive um probelam ao chegar: cheguei 11:30hs e a recepcionista disse q só poderia entrar 15:00hs. Perguntei se não tinha quarto disponível e, para meu espanto, ela disse q SIM, mas não poderia liberar. Fiquei na recepção e vi outras pessoas entraram antes desse horário. Questionei ela se seria algum problema por minha reserva ser da Hoteis.com, foi quando ela me pediu 20 minutos para arrumar um quarto! NÃO GOSTEI DESSA ATITUDE, que considero discriminatória.

Tudo ótimo! Funcionários muito atenciosos Limpeza 100% Muito espaço, camas confortáveis Antigo, arquitetura imponente- um clássico! Localização ótima, ótimo atendimento e café da manhã, bar sensacional, mas infelizmente a acústica do quarto é muito ruim, duas noites os vizinhos fazendo barulho com música alta e conversa, infelizmente pelo porte do hotel a acústica deveria ser muito melhor.

Expectativa atendida (mas com ressalvas)...

A experiência no geral foi boa. Tudo bem organizado. Só achei o estacionamento muito, mas muito caro, mesmo para os padrões da região (R$45 a diária). Já fiquei em hotéis tão bons quanto e até melhores e o valor era bem mais atraente, até porque a diária não é barata. Tivemos um problema no quarto (na banheira - que entupiu e vazou, alagando o banheiro), mas foi limpo em seguida. O ar condicionado pareceu-me estar com cheiro muito forte de esgoto também. Muita gritaria do lado de fora do hotel que as vezes atrapalhava bastante (por exemplo: vai Corinthians e pareceu-me da mesma pessoa, já que era a mesma voz...). Mesmo com o evento da F1 acontecendo, do restante tudo OK e o hotel atendeu deu conta do recado (check-in, check-out, segurança, café da manhã, atendimento, cordialidade, serviços em geral, dentre outros). Espero retornar.
