No geral o hotel é bom e super perto da estacao de trem. Ponto forte para a nossa estadia, pois iamos em um show no allianz. Tem cozinha com bastante opção no cardapio. Pontos a melhorar: quarto nao tem espelho (apenas no banheiro), colchão extremamente mole e tivemos um problema com o ralo do banheiro que nao escoava a agua e inundou ele todo.

Boa. No site de reserva, foi colocado que havia estacionamento disponível, mas, lamentavelmente não exixste estacionamento para todos os hóspedes, o que deveria ser avisado com anteceddência.

A TV do quarto não é smart, não possibilita usar Netflix ou afins. As paredes do quarto estavam sujas, com marcas de mãos. Não tem frigobar no quarto. De resto, estava tudo de acordo.

Sem estacionamento

O hotel informa ter estacionamento e esse foi o motivo de eu ter escolhido. Ao chegar no check in fui informada que o estacionamento estava cheio pois estavam em reforma e com vagas reduzidas. Se eu quisesse teria que encontrar uma vaga na rua, mas não recebi desconto por não ter a vaga. É uma falta de comunicação e comprometimento com o que é oferecido. O quarto é bom e limpo, e o restaurante 24h é muito bom.
