Op zich een redelijk hotel, maar er wordt een nieuw hotel naast gebouwd en dat gaat nog wel even duren. Vermijd daarom absoluut de kamers 7, 14 en 21! Die zouden ze eigenlijk voorlopig niet moeten verhuren! Internet is matig en tot 22:00 uur zit er een soort bromgeluid in het gebouw. Het personeel is op zich vriendelijk en correct, maar het interesseert ze allemaal geen ene mallemoer. Het ontbijt is echt niet zo karig als andere beoordelaars beweren. Het hotel is redelijk gunstig gelegen. Mindelo is trouwens geen plaats om langer dan een dag of twee te vertoeven. Gauw naar Sant Antão en de wandelschoenen aan!

Wir haben nicht das gebuchte Familienzimmer mit 2 Räumen erhalten, sondern ein kleines Doppelzimmer, das gepflegt und mit Sicht auf den Hafen war. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns gesagt, dass das Hotel für uns entschieden hat, was ihrer Meinung nach die bessere Wahl für uns sei. Der Kunde darf also nicht selbst entscheiden. Wir sind nur 1 Nacht geblieben und wollten keinen Stress, somit haben wir nicht weiter interveniert. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist übrigens nicht für die normalen Gäste zugänglich, diese dürfen dafür in den Pool direkt vor den Tischen des Restaurants.

Alquilamos una opción para tres y nos dieron dos habitaciones juntas. Una de las habitaciones tenía buenas vistas al mar, la otra no. El personal ha sido muy amable y servicial. El hotel está ubicado en el centro. Lamentablemente están haciendo obras al lado del hotel y es un poco molesto el ruido. Todo lo demás es perfecto

Hôtel confortable et bien placé, belle vue sur la mer et la ville, à proximité du centre de Mindelo à pied. Très pratique également pour rejoindre le port pour Santo Antao. Chambre familiale communiquante parfaite. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré (jus d’orange pressé par exemple)

Cet hôtel est très confortable. La terrasse de la chambre avec vue sur mer est très agréable. Il est très accessible à pied du centre ville mais quand même assez éloigné pour être au calme. Au niveau environnemental, les draps et serviettes pourraient être moins changés (fait tous les jours). Le petit déjeuner est inégal en fonction des personnes présentes et de l’heure, même si on trouve toujours de quoi se nourrir. Cela a été appréciable de pouvoir le prendre très tôt pour un départ en ferry. Globalement, cet hôtel est une très bonne adresse à recommander.

We didn't like being advised 36hrs before we landed that that they had cancelled our booking and then booked a hotel close bye and told us no difference in price but the new Hotel charged us almost €400 extra, and not very safe beggars out side morning noon and night and on Sunday morning when leaving for the airport at 4pm a lady out side my bedroom door looking for business don't' book that Hotel not reliable staff were very friendly but that's about all Christopher Cloak Ireland

Nice hotel

Easy access to our daily meeting place. Friendly staff. Limited breakfast offerings. Comfortable rooms and beds. Challenges with checkout and paying for a room we cancelled prior to arrival. Hotels.com took care of us. Hotel was demanding payment. This will probably change our minds about returning on our next trip.

Bien situé mais problème pour accéder en suivant Google map On voit l’hôtel depuis le terminal du ferry mais Google map fait marcher 1,5km! Il y a un passage le long d’un chantier qui permet d’y arriver en 5 min mais il faut le savoir! Petit déjeuner Moyen mais l’hôtel est encore assez neuf et la vue sur le port depuis le balcon agréable Bon hôtel recommandé et pas de problème pour y revenir si nous séjournons à nouveau à Mindelo Situation plus agréable qu’hôtel précédant situé à l’écart sur les hauteurs

Bardzo przyjemne miejsce, bardzo pomocna obsługa hotelowa. Mieliśmy kłopot z walizkami, do wyjaśnienia sprawy mogliśmy pozostawić swoje rzeczy powyżej godzin doby hotelowej oraz pomoc w rozmowach w języku portugalskim.

Les deux chambres etaient au premier etage alors que l'hotel n'etait pas complet et la vue sur mer etait de ce fait en partie masquée. La climatisation n'a pas fonctionné. Isolation phonique mediocre. L'escalier fait causse de resonnance. On entend avant 6 heures le matin le personnel qui va et vient, claque les portes, installe le petit dejeuner....
