“The hotel was lovely, check in was straight forward and staff were on hand to help or do it for you. Breakfast was really nice with a good selection. Pool areas were clean and constant lifeguard on duty. We were a party of 4 and would all definitely stay again”
“Some of the staff was friendly and helpful, lady who worked in evening Tuesday and Wednesday and Thursday morning wasn't very friendly at all. The hotel was tired, the staircases floor one and two was very dusty, hasn't been cleaned for a while, the bed in the room was dreadful springs sticking in you, no pillow protectors or mattress protectors, the pillows was dirty. The food was very good in fairness, the waiting staff were friendly but some lacked training in customer awareness.”
“A great stay (as usual) - hotel is modern and very clean. Staff are great, very friendly and helpful. Car park is a little small, but space is at a premium at the rear of the hotel due to the proximity of the pleasure beach. Thankfully the roller coasters stop around 5pm, so no noise in the evening. Bit of a walk to the nearest tram stop is the only fault I can think of. Would definitely recommend.”
