At 1:45am, water began pouring down our bathroom wall. There was pre-existing brown water stains, proving this leak was a known issue. I called reception seven times over 26 minutes, but no one answered. I had to physically go to reception at 2:00am, leaving my sleeping 2-year-old and 5-year-old unattended - a totally avoidable situation.

“Hotel was ok, you got what you paid for. Disappointed you had to pay for the pool and the car parking. You pay enough for the holiday itself without having to pay for extras. Also had to pay separate for breakfast, but it did set you up for the day. Staff were very helpful in getting you what you wanted and we're always polite.”
