Clean, friendly staff, good food, spacious room and nice spa - hotel and spa just need a bit of a makeove some parts are a little bit tired. Lovely stay however 👍

The Grand Hotel Blackpool
No breakfast after 9am on Monday morning. Bar closed at 9:30pm Sunday night. Had to change rooms due to faulty window, but staff very helpful.

Macdonald Kilhey Court
Staff were excellent in helping out with multiple things. Building is beautiful, but rooms are unfortunately tired. We had to swap rooms due to shower issue - but as said, staff were fab with this. Breakfast good, and our booking (at a sale) was good value for money
