“The room was exceptionally comfortable and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, close to the train station. Great value for money. Would definitely stay here again.”

“A steady clean hotel away from the hustle of the city centre. The staff were super friendly, special mention to Kiran on the check in desk. The room was tight for space but as it was only a one night stay that was perfectly acceptable. The bed was really comfy. The only thing I would knock it for would be there was a lot of dust around the TV area. The gym area looked neat and tidy, I didn’t use them as I’d used a gym in the city prior to arrival. The restaurant area had a nice feel to it even...

“Stayed there a few times over the years . Good location for an over night stop etc. Clean and tidy over all. Friendly staff. It went down a bit a few years ago but seems to have been spruced up recently. Change of ownership? (The tv in the room had seen better days with occasional unresponsive controls. Wi-fi did not load up.)”

“This accommodation is located within ten-minute walk from the Preston rail station. There is a famous park nearby. Fancy restaurant 'Aven' was also in the hotel. The staff was kind, and everything there was very clean. It has a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen and two bathrooms enough for two of us. The most fantastic thing was that the speed of wifi was great. I was happy while staying there. ”

“We was a family of four staying at the hotel the staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us ,the room was spacious and very clean the bathroom was enormous we had a a full English breakfast which was cooked to perfection so would definitely recommend this hotel ”
