The instructions for the self service access are really clear and whilst we did have an issue with the code for the lockbox with the key room, we called and the concierge on the phone helped us instantly. “A return visit to this hotel, this time in a bigger room. Impressed with it the 1st time, hence the return visit and will no doubt be returning again in the future. Easy access to the building and room with codes supplied via email. The room was lovely and clean and the windows were open when we got there, which was a great help as it was a warm day, I would like to see a better cooling fan provided in the room though. “This is a wonderful place to stay. It has a car park at the rear and 3 parking spots at the front. It is very secure with a personal PIN provided before book in for the doors. Very clean and smart. “The property is on the outskirts of Preston City Centre with easy access off and to the motorway. The family room was well laid out, comfortable and clean.
