โEntrance outside the accommodation, bin over flowing with rubbish, loads of butt end cigarettes on the floor. This was from Thursday to my leaving on Saturday. Shower in room 9 full of mold, showered else where. The breakfast staff are fantastic and also the quality of the food, my only suggestion is, give a good quality egg. This was the only let down on your fantastic breakfast.โ
โA great stay! The instructions for the self service access are really clear and whilst we did have an issue with the code for the lockbox with the key room, we called and the concierge on the phone helped us instantly.

Easy access to the building and room with codes supplied via email. The room was lovely and clean and the windows were open when we got there, which was a great help as it was a warm day, I would like to see a better cooling fan provided in the room though. โExcellent location just off the M6 motorway, staff were very friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. Shower could have been a bit more comfortable. The only thing i dont understand is the ยฃ5 charge for Parking. The hotel has its own grounds outwith the main services parking so the only people using the car park are hotel guests. Its at a motorway services so no one can access the hotel without a vehicle so the extra ยฃ5 for parking is a bit of a joke, I would feel better if it was...

โImpressed with my accommodation. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Bathroom was spotless, as was the kitchen area. Felt safe and secure. Online check and electronic key were seamless. No issues accessing building or room.
I also left a jacket behind after checking out. I contacted the staff and arranged for them to post this home to me. I was incredibly grateful for their help. Kept in contact and informed. โ
