โThe room was exceptionally comfortable and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, close to the train station. Great value for money. Would definitely stay here again.โ
โStaff were particularly helpful and pleasant not to mention very efficient. Abi was the very best example of a staff member who did everything to ake our short stay enjoyable.
The shower in room 11 needs attention as does the loose toilet seat, otherwise impeccable.โ

โClean, quiet room, tea and coffee in the room, TV working. Online Check-in option was very handy. 24hr desk is also handy as we arrived after midnight and had no issues getting our key.

โEntrance outside the accommodation, bin over flowing with rubbish, loads of butt end cigarettes on the floor. This was from Thursday to my leaving on Saturday. Shower in room 9 full of mold, showered else where. The breakfast staff are fantastic and also the quality of the food, my only suggestion is, give a good quality egg. This was the only let down on your fantastic breakfast.โ
โA return visit to this hotel, this time in a bigger room. Impressed with it the 1st time, hence the return visit and will no doubt be returning again in the future. Easy access to the building and room with codes supplied via email. The room was lovely and clean and the windows were open when we got there, which was a great help as it was a warm day, I would like to see a better cooling fan provided in the room though. All-in-all another great night in Preston at Winckley Square, thank you.โ
โWe stayed here as a base for a family wedding, using 5 rooms. Everyone said how good the pub was and the rooms were lovely and quiet.
My husband and I had a meal on the night of arrival which was excellent. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful.
It was nice to have plenty of tea bags and milk cartons in the room instead of the usual 2. Very comfortable bed.
Canโt fault it at all.
Would definitely recommend over the nearby garner hotel as we dropped someone off there and it stank....

โThe room was nice spacious, clean,bathroom good,shower had good power to it,my wifes only grumble was could do with a chair to sit in front of the mirror.
Location excellent, walk anywhere ,town literally 5 mins walk.
