Clean and comfortable room. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice an staff were good. Very quiet and very good value for money. Could have done with missing mirror that was next to the hairdryer and bathroom is quite small.

Everything this is the second time that ive stayed. Ended up staying for 6 night as got hime to a leaked pipes in my flat. Very accommodating in getting me back in there. Excellent staff overall and made me feel like one of the family. Just booked for next weekend

The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The bedding and towels looked virtually brand new, soft, white, fabulous, spare pillows available for those who need them. Despite being next to a pub and on the main road to Blackpool, I couldn't hear a thing from outside the room, Bliss! The staff (when I eventually found them - no-one on reception on any of the 3 days I was there), were lovely - very kind and courteous, going out of their way to help me park near the entrance (I have a Blue Badge and cannot walk far), and carrying my cases up the stairs. (No lift). Refreshments were topped up every day. Two (very slight) negatives: 1. The furnishings looked very tired, edges of furniture chipped, carpet a bit grubby - time for a refurb perhaps? 2. The shower is over the bath; although it had a non-slip surface directly in front of the shower, it didn't extend far enough to stand on whilst exiting, so a bit nerve wracking! The shower itself was lovely and hot, and plenty of pressure. If all you want, like me, is a clean, comfortable room to stay in overnight, then I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The property is on the outskirts of Preston City Centre with easy access off and to the motorway. The family room was well laid out, comfortable and clean. There was no cooling in the room (Summer) and a medium thick duvet which is not conducive to a great nights sleep but overall, a good stay.the only negative comment. Iwe had a good overnight stay.

Overnight stay for a wedding guest.

Friendly and organised reception team, clean and tidy hotel room, plenty large enough for what I needed. Very comfortable bed and well-kept bathroom. Great view of the woodland are from the window too. Quiet surroundings, easy to find and good facilities in the area.

We have had a wonderful stay at LeaGate and the Staff in the hotel were all fantastic. Jane Morgan one of the Receptionists was so kind and went out of her way to help us as we are disabled. We liked our stay both times ,the reception lady is very helpful and pleasant. The room very clean and comfortable . Tea and coffee sachets etc refilled daily ,and the place smelt fresh and clean . My only slight down comment is the rooms are looking a bit tired in places . Otherwise an excellent place to stop for a couple of nights while visiting friends up north . The restaurant serves excellent breakfasts at reasonable prices ,and we will be happy to stay again in the future.

Always happy to return.

We regularly stay at Lea Gate. Never have any problems. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable. Only gripe is could do with sockets by the bed.
