The location of the hotel was central, easy walk to restaurants, Chinatown and shopping centers. The room has a good space, bathroom space was also good, clean, nice shower and good water pressure. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the shower and bathroom facilities were exceptional. The only minor negative was that I could hear the building's air-con/heating system all night which was very loud. I did not mention it as I was only staying for one night

Efficient, friendly check in. Free upgrade which was great! The apartment was huge, spotlessly clean with 2 very large & comfortable beds. Would definitely book again if coming to Manchester.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. We couldn’t figure out how to do something on our rental car, so my husband went into a chips shop and asked a young man if he could help us. He came out, got thing sorted for us, didn’t make us feel dumb!
Received a parking ticket while at the Blackburn doing genealogical research. We had maxed the meter out prior to leaving the parking space but were only allowed an hour. So be aware.
