"This is a great hotel for a stay in central Blackburn. We were here for the festival of making which was on our doorstep. The bed was very comfy with good linen, great shower and overall had everything we needed for our stay. The staff were exceptionally helpful

The outside stairs to the were dangerous. We only stayed one night as my husband nearly fell twice trying to go to the toilet. We need you to contact us so we can complain. "Liked the Spa facilities although very expensive to use. Very small and limited bar area. Fruit was off at breakfast time, tasted fizzy. Very basic accommodation not the luxury the website claims.
