โI have already text you regarding our stay it was not a hotel it was a air bed. There not enough room to swing a cat. There was only 1 towel and one beaker and no toilet roll. The outside stairs to the were dangerous. We only stayed one night as my husband nearly fell twice trying to go to the toilet. We need you to contact us so we can complain. We would like a refund for at least one night. If not both. This definitely is not a Hotel. The outside stairs were not safe the handrails were...
โThe house is nothing special but the bed was comfortable to sleep in and it was in the location we needed to visit family. The kitchen smelled like something was rotting, I think the bins hadn't been disposed of properly before we arrived. There also weren't any towels even though the advert says there will be. It's an okay place to stay as long as you're not expecting luxury.โ
โLe contact avant l'entrรฉe des lieux n'a pas รฉtรฉ bien clair. Toutefois, une fois sur place, le sรฉjour s'est trรจs bien passรฉ, tout ร fait dans mes attentes : endroit trรจs propre, le nรฉcessaire est dans la chambre. Lit confortable pour ma part.
Le lieu reste le moins cher sur Burnley.
