we had a great time here over the weekend, the room was good bathroom was good staff were so polite and helpful! the only thing I will say is the pool water could do with regular cleaning as we have got a little bug due to it but nothing major. We will definitely be back!

Great break away with my grandchildren the room was lovely freshly decorated plenty of light from large windows great having tv in two rooms plenty tea and coffee and the manager was very polite very happy to please nothing was too much trouble break and evening meal was good and staff in restaurant very pleasant all in all good time had by all

Hotel was ok, you got what you paid for. Disappointed you had to pay for the pool and the car parking. You pay enough for the holiday itself without having to pay for extras. Also had to pay separate for breakfast, but it did set you up for the day. Staff were very helpful in getting you what you wanted and we're always polite.

Lovely people property needs updating and staff need to show you to the rooma as struggled finding my room but staff where very accomadating expecially when they where busy unfortuatly wont be staying again as changing area where abit open could do with lock doors in swimming pool changing areas expspeally when its men and women changing

The Blue waters Hotel was situated 10 mins walk from north pier and had a tram stop opposite the hotel. Breakfast was good variety of cereal and fruit Full hot breakfast and toast and tea coffee hot chocolate. Family room we were in was comfortable for the 3 of us. Pool was nice touch and was decent size

Lovely little hotel.

Lovely little hotel very pleasantly surprised for the price we paid. Buffet breakfast plenty of everything you would want. Even a pool extra charge but well worth it. Very enjoyable stay.
