The property is OLD building with good location, but the Reception Staff Mr. Naji Was very cooperative with every guest, trying to help you by all means, this type of staff should be promoted and encouraged always.

A wonderful hotel, close to downtown’s heart

This hotel is situated perfectly in the downtown area, close to the Ataturk statue on the public square. Lots of nice cafes & restaurants within a minute or two walking distance. The room was gigantic by any country’s standards, with great A/C, and the staff went above and beyond to help make my stay pleasant. I appreciated the large picture window in the room, and I REALLY appreciated the immaculate private bathroom. All in all, I can’t think of one complaint! Highly recommend.

الفندق جيد، وهادئ، لكن الأثاث قديم، وقد شككت حين دخلت الغرفة أن الفندق ٤ نجوم. الإفطار متواضع، والصور الموجودة ليست كما هي في الواقع. أكثر ما أزعجني في الفندق أن الكهرباء لا تعمل إلا إذا وضعت بطاقة المفتاح في موضعها، وإذا أخذت البطاقة انطفأت حتى الثلاجة، لك أن تتخيل أن تخرج صباحا فإذا عدت في المساء وجدت الماء ساخنا! ورائحة الدخان تشمها في دورة المياه، وفي الفرش ( الموكيت)
