The hotel is amazing - with one caveat. The decor and design is modern and clean. The food is great and the facilities are numerous. The only problem I had was the confusing decision of the management to charge us a HUGE SUM for accidentally breaking a decorative piece. It was completely an accident and any other hotel wouldn't even charge for it, nevermind asking for an amount similar to the cost of a night in one of the biggest rooms. That's not good service and it bothers me days later.

Bu otelde ilk konaklamam değil, değerlerinden hep memnun ayrıldım ama bu defa oda olanakları ve housekeeping elemanının ilgisizliği maalesef beni hüsrana uğrattı. Öncelikle odamızı ek ücret ödeyerek teraslı seçtik ama teras kapısı bozuk, tek başına bir kişi açması inanın aşırı zor. Eşimle beraber zorla açabildik. Yatak başı okuma lambaları yanmıyordu. TV de zorlukla açılıyordu. Koltuklar leke içindeydi. Temizlik konusuna gelirsek banyoda dış fırçası koyduğumuz rafta bir parmak toz birikmişti, yatak başı ve komodinler toplumdur, yatakta yaprak vardı ve duvar kenarları süpürülmemişti topak topak beyaz toz vardı. Gerçekten inanamadım. Resepiyona bildirdim. Birini yönlendirdiler. Sözde Temizlik yapıldı. Odaya tekrar geldiğimde sadece yerler süpürülmüştü her şeyi tek tek bildirmeme rağmen. Neyse dedim, çocuğum biraz halsizlik yatmak istedi. Yatağa yatırdım ve asıl şoku yaşadım. Söylemekten utanıyorum fakat nevresimde kuruyup yapışmış kocaman bir burun pisliği vardı. Misafir ilişkilerinden Zülal hanım sağolsun çok ilgilendi. Kat şefini yönlendirdi, şeyimiz de sağolsun tertemiz detay Temizlik yaptı. Zülal hanım her gün isteğimiz var mı diye sordu, ikram yolladi istemememize rağmen 🙏 oda değişikliği de denedi ama müsait oda yoktu. Demem o ki, ilk temizleyen housekeeping elemanı dışında herkes elinden geleni yaptı hatayı düzeltmek için ama yine de ben bu otele bu gibi şeyleri yaşamak için gelmiyorum. Olmaması gerekirdi. Bahsettiğim kapı tv vs gibi bozukluklar da yakışmadı.

Odalar temiz ve ferah. Sabah ve akşam açık büfede çeşitler oldukça yeterliydi. Özellikle öğle çay saatindeki pasta ve tatlı çeşitlerini çok beğendik. Asansörle doğrudan spa ve havuz katına inebilmek büyük bir kolaylık sağlıyor. Spa alanı gayet yeterli; birçok imkân ve farklı masaj seçeneği mevcut. Ayrıca otelin ormanla iç içe yürüyüş parkurunun olması, yürüyüş yapmayı sevenler için güzel bir detay. Ayrıca maç yayınları veren bir spor bar bulunması güzel bir olanak. Kokteyl ve diğer alkollü içecek çeşitleri de mevcut, akşamları keyifli vakit geçirmek için iyi bir alternatif sunuyor. Eksik olarak ise standart kulvarlı kapalı bir yüzme havuzunun olmaması üzücü. Ayrıca odalardaki televizyonlar büyük olmasına rağmen Apple Screen Share ve Smart TV uygulamalarının bulunmaması günümüz standartlarında biraz eksik kalmış. Genel olarak dinlenme odaklı bir tatil isteyenler için güzel bir otel.

Alles wunderbar ausser Vitamin bar ist nie ein Personal vorort, mussten immer wieder lange warten bis Jemand uns bedient. Es steht zwar einen Telefon zur Verfügung um anzurufen dass Jemand kommt aber ist ausser Betrieb gewesen. Turkish Hamman aufjedenfall zu empfehlen bei Alive Spa.
