Everything was absolutely fine. No problems, no complaints. The wifi was very good. Lots of hot water. The lighting was also good, not always a strong point with motels. I would certainly stay there again.

Cozy and convenient. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, great pressure in the shower. Easy late check in. Room was bit noisy with traffic from road at rear of apartment as well as guests in other rooms.

Quick getaway.
Older style units but comfortable, clean , quiet area. Significant walk to town centre. Steep hill return. Didn't see reception. Lock box key pick up and check out. Good communication. Great budget accommodation.

Very accommodating to my request for cooking amenities. Provided transportation to and from my coach transport which was very helpful with luggage. Great Wifi. Very clean and unit serviced daily

Convenient location with all amenities and restaurants are walkable. Rooms are decent. Has bad experience with the last at the concierge who asked for our Credit Card details and was arguing inspite of the entire trio was paid upfront via Expedia. She was also very curious to know who all will be staying and can I show those individuals to them etc. I'm surely going to avoid booking this property in future.

Basic good for one night stop
Basic motel, clean great bed. Next unit guests smoking and talking until 1 am so we could not open the window. Taps in bathroom sink were closed so tight we could not open, they were fixed next day, but licked a bit. This motel is at the top of a steep hill so for us ok but not for all to walk to from town. Merimbula lacks food options all close very early and seem they do not want visitors. I was not comfortable er seemed to be an inconvenience for locas, I will avoid stoping there again.

Owner and Staff were very friendly and accommodating, even the owner offered us her car to use when ours broke down, and gave us a lift in the rain. All staff members were polite and friendly. We will definitely stay there again.

Very nice clean basic rooms & friendly staff. They even gave us fresh milk for tea or coffee at the reception desk, which was a nice touch. Nice place to stay for a night or 2 & would highly recommend it.

Had a great stay at the Ocean View. Nice clean room and had everything you need. A little noisy with the traffic but otherwise fine. Friendly staff.
