This hotel has spacious rooms, a nice breakfast buffet, and competent and friendly staff. It's older, but it's so clean and quiet. They may not clean the room everyday, but they bring fresh towels to your room daily. We will definitely stay here again if in Sapporo again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Trip to see the snow festival.

Location is great, a few blocks walk to Susukino. The room is clean except for the bed is a bit soft. Over all our family is happy happy with this hotel.

Loved that the hotel was right across the train station which had some shops and restaurants. Walkable to red warehouse which had many shops and eateries. Morning fish market right down the street. The hotel staff are very professional and efficient. The room are a little bigger than normal for Japan however they are dated. The included breakfast with my reservation was just okay, won't take that option next time at this location. One plus is they have parking on site.

Unlikenthe typical APA hotel this is a property they aquired that used to be another hotel and the rooms are nothing like the standard APA hotels. You get a full bathroom with separated toilet, sink, and bathtub area and you get a huge room with enough space to fit about 6 extra people. While the decor feels a bit dated it has an amazing 80s or 90s feel to it. By far my favorite hotel I have stayed in during both of my Japan trips.
