We booked a non-smoking room, they checked us in confirming it was a non-smoking room but gave us a smoking room. When we asked for a different room they giggled and said they had no more non-smoking rooms. This was not an error and not disclosed up front. If it was disclosed up front we would not have been as disappointed and would have considered changing hotels after experiencing the room. The price and experience/comfort did not meet expectations.

近くのホテルの入浴施設を使えたり、空港送りのサービスがあり助かりましたが、ホテルの施設の老朽化が進んでおります。 ウォシュレットが壊れてたり、所々のジュータンが汚れてました。また、スリッパは使い捨てが良いです。

施設が古く、トイレも非常に小さくて使いづらい。また、室内灯のスイッチがドア付近にしかなく、ベッドから操作できない。 禁煙室なのにタバコの臭いが抜けていなくて不快。暖房器具はあるが、エアコンがなく、暑い部屋が冷やせない。 エレベーター横に貸出用のまくら、毛布置き場があったが、全て出払っていてなにもなかった。 宿泊料に見合わないホテルでした。

ここのフロントスタッフはとても気持ちの良い接客をしてくれて、気持ちが良かった。そのスタッフにホテル1階の居酒屋を案内されたが、期待を大幅に上回る素晴らしいお店であった。一つだけ残念なのが、翌朝のバスの運転手が、女性には必要以上に親密に接するのに対して、男性には極めて不遜な態度で応じる人物であった。他が良かっただけに、非常に残念。

部屋が、広くてのびのびできた。 部屋の狭いユニットバスに入ったあと、近くのホテルの大浴場のチケットがあるとのパンフレットに気が付き、フロントに確かめたら、徒歩１分で手ぶらで行けるとのこと。チェックインの際に教えてくれてたらと思いながらも、着替えて大浴場へ向う。とてもいいサービスだった。

対応が早くて良かった

最初間違えて喫煙部屋をとってしまいましたが、電話ですぐに対応してくれました 禁煙の部屋だったので匂いもなく快適でした
