Although the room was compact, it was maintained in a pristine condition. The public bath was an excellent amenity, particularly after a long day of activities. The staff provided professional and attentive service, and I was very pleased with the quality of the amenities provided.

Amazing location, cute little hotel with helpful staff and everything you need to have a relaxing vacation. The public bath was superb, gym adequate and breakfast was good. I enjoyed the room very much too, slept really well each night.

Size of room is good for Japanese standard. Onsen in the hotel is the highlight. Walking distance to restaurants and ramen street.

Staff were very welcoming, the decor and designing is nice, clean and modern. The room was a little narrow but perfect non the less. The accessibility to transport and travel on foot to near by food and shopping centres was amazing. Overall i really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.

rooms great, Onsen was an amazing experience. Gym was very limited. the staff was great the biggest let down was the breakfast buffet it was very limited for with no basic western breakfast foods and the coffee was terrible. overall great stay did not offer a late check out had to pay which was disappointing.

It is directly in front of Houseisusukino station and so it is easy to get to. The hotel is also near the main susukino area and odori areas with many food options. However, the hotel staff only speak basic english and we experienced difficulties explaining a small issue when we called the front desk. Overall a pleasant stay still.
