Affortabel hotel to stay during the holiday season

Price is affortable but don't expect a big room. Locaton isn't too bad and will take approxiately 7-10 mins walking time to train station. One thing I am not happy is ... the hotel forces you to pay daily hot spring bath tub (charged per person) no matter you will use or not. The pajamas that hotel provides are smelly(strong body odor).

We stay in this hotel for 3 nights, and requested for room cleaning. They only tidy the beds, and did not washed the cups and clean up the litters.

Room was tiny for two people. There were no space to put luggages. Blankets were very dirty, had blood and black spots all over. We asked to change it, staff brought another one that equally dirty. We wanted canceling the reservation and contacted Expedia‘s customer service, spend almost a hour but just wasting our time.We stayed 4nights, no cleaning service. Humidifier filter was dirty. We asked to replace it. They brought another one. There is no phone in the room to call front desk. We used sim card on our phones During our trip So impossible to call or received.

値段が安いので仕方ない部分もあるが、荷物を発送する宅急便の用意の無いホテルなんか初めてでした。荷物発送の箱もなく、こちらでなんとか用意しました。また、発送についても着払いのみしか受け付けませんとのことでした。集荷の際に料金を確認してくれる約束をしたにもかかわらず、引き継がれて無いようで結局不明。部屋番号を確認したくせに何でしょうか。 あと、立地は狸小路の外れから、さらに歩きますので、結構不便です。特に雪の時は止めたほうが良いです。1度出歩いたら戻るのが大変です。その他、部屋の設備は良好。温泉も良かったですが、脱衣場ロッカーが狭くて、定員は1人です。

狭い部屋に二つのダブルベットなのでスーツケースを置く場所や開ける場所に困り重いスーツケースを常に移動しなければならなかった。それとユニットバス洗面台の台(sink)が小さすぎて洗顔や歯磨きが大変でした。

駐車場が自分で探さないといけない。ホテルの目の前にもあるが、料金が高い。ボッタクリな感じ。　裏にもある事をホテルの方が教えてくれて料金確認する事を勧めてくれました。裏にあった駐車場が良心的だったのでそっちに停めました。　 部屋はキレイで、お風呂がトイレと別で快適でした。　温泉…女性は混雑で当日は諦めて部屋で入って　翌朝トライしたけど、すぐ混雑でカラスの行水で終わり。温泉は期待しないほうが良いかも。　 朝食におにぎり弁当とお茶がついていて、適量で良かったです

大浴場があるのはいいが、団体客がいっぺんに来られると他の客が入浴出来ない。ロッカーに鍵がないか故障していて鍵をかけられない。貴重品ロッカーを用意して欲しい。 客室のバスルームのカーテンがカビまみれ。全国的にリブマックスチェーンは、バスルームのカーテンがカビまみれが多い。カビ清掃しないなら、交換して欲しい。
