Excellent room size for larger families. The cleaning staff were meticulous every day and the amenities such as daily water bottles in fridge were appreciated. Can't ask for a better location!

It’s a classic-style hotel, though the lifts don’t have security, so anyone can reach the floors. On the bright side, the location is perfect for getting around town, the staff are super nice, and the breakfast is a great way to start the day.

The hotel is generally very comfortable. Everything was neat and clean, if i have to be really picky, some parts are a little dated. The breakfast spread is impressive, there is something for everyone. The location is unbeatable, about 3 mins away from the Sapporo station.

I stayed in a room with a queen bed. It was quiet, comfortable, and clean. The only drawback was that there was no space to put clothes except for a few hangers along the wall. I used the small table in the room to lay out my suitcase - not a problem as I was traveling solo. I would stay here again because of the cleanliness of the room, the comfortable bed, the helpful staff, and the location within a five minute walk from the subway station.

The room was larger than what we expected. Shower is great. Took advantage of the breakfast buffet on the last day and wished we took advantage of it earlier. Food was good, especially where there was all you can eat Ikura! We liked the location as it was near the train station so it was easy to get to other locations and the airport. Next time we go to Sapporo we will stay there again.
