The hotel was in a great location; however, the hotel stank of cigarette smoke as soon as you walked in the lobby & the rooms were worse. We ended up booking new accommodation for our week stay.

5月と6月と使わせて貰って今回が3回目でした。 今まで宿泊捺せて頂いて最高なホテルと思っていたのが3回目の宿泊で壊されました。部屋のテーブルね上に3〜4枚重ねて置いて合った領収書を捨てられてしまいました。しかも飛ばない様に香水を上に乗せて置いたのに。5月の時も6月の時も問題が無く、 大丈夫だと安心してた自分も悪いかもしれないけど、領収書を捨てられたホテルはここが初めてです。ショックでした。次は違うホテルを選んだ方がいいように思いました！皆さんはどう思うのでしゅう？

全体として、施設設備は古さがあるものの、立地や朝食サービスを考えれば宿泊代金としては妥当と感じられた。具体的には、気になった点としては、少し配管設備が古く、浴室から若干配管からのにおいがするように感じられた。また、宿泊への影響はなかったものの、浴槽の排水の流れは悪かった。ただ、清掃自体は行き届いており、大通・札幌駅の中間に位置し、交通の便がよく、また、宿泊時点では、朝食が海鮮丼食べ放題、ワイン・焼酎・ウィスキー飲み放題であり、お得で魅力的だと思った。

性價比不錯，但冷氣太熱了

座落的地點很方便，到貍小路或大通公園，二条市場都很近，服務人員也很好，早餐就是這飯店的大亮點，早餐種類雖然不多，但可以體驗的北海道的飲食丼飯以及食材新鮮。 美中不足就是飯店太老舊，雖然有心理準備，但設備及房間硬體設備偏老舊及有陳年污垢，還可以看的斑駁的壁紙，隔音不太好，可以聽到其他房客關門聲。 外加北海道六月底外面天氣不算炎熱，但房間內的冷氣根本無法調整，不涼也沒有風，房間溫度太悶熱，窗戶打開也沒有風可以吹入，無法蓋被也睡到流汗，雖然地理位子及價格親民，但如果怕熱的人，就不太建議。
