Staff is helpful when asking for information like where to get money exchange, haircut and so forth. The bathroom is clean and good shampoo. Really like the Japanese style bath tub, much more deeper than Western style.

Very convenient area with many options for transportation, dining, and shopping. However not sure if its a culture issue, but despite having housekeeping, my bed was never made during my 3 day stay (even though they left the clean robes on top of my sheets). But overall a positive experience..

朝食バイキングで色々な物が食べられてどれも美味しかったです。手作りの物が多いのが良かったです。全体的に清潔感があって、お部屋もよかったです。ルームウェアが古いので、そろそろリニューアルされたらもっと良いと思います。

お部屋の壁沿いにピッタリサイズのソファがあり、荷物を置いたり、座ったり出来て重宝した。インスタントのお茶(日本茶)しか無く、コーヒーと紅茶が有れば嬉しかったかも。部屋とバスルームとの間に段差があり、慣れるまで躓きそうになった。
