Good Hotel

Very good hotel. If carrying large luggages, the nearest subway train Namboku line exit No. 23 has elevator access. Be careful, there are 2 Richmond hotels, one in Odori . We stayed at Ekimae.

This was the first time I stayed at this hotel in Sapporo. I used this hotel for different locations in Japan. It's a decent room. I will definitely use this location again.

We had a lovely stay here. The hotel is quiet despite being in the heart of the city. The beds were comfortable and room very clean. Staff were lovely. The hotel provides access to tea/coffee and bathroom amenities at the front desk and so you always have everything that you need. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from Odori Park and the train station which makes it very convenient. An excellent stay.
