“I loved the area with a beautiful view outside from the hotel. Me and my friend we upgrade our standard room to suites with 130 dhs extra for 2night with tax. So we got huge space for our room and living room. The room as toilet was very clean. Just the cushion had some dirts but didn't bother us. The staffs were friendly and tried to help us. We were unexpectedly asked to leave with no prior communication or proper explanation, and the manager, Ankit Sharma, showed very little courtesy or support, even though we were stranded during a very difficult situation. Another major issue was regarding the extension of our stay and sudden rule changes. We tried to discuss extending our booking, but there was no clear communication from the hotel...

“The hotel and staff are lovely, but my stay was ruined by the noise and vibration coming from the nightclub in the hotel which reverberated around the building until 4am, keeping me awake for most of the night, despite changing rooms. I complained about the noise but the night staff could do nothing to stop it ir get it turned down. This happened every night.”
