The hotel was one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. The staff were very friendly and professional, and made the stay very pleasant. Nice and big room. 3 min walk to Sebilj bit the hotel is in an quiet area.

It was lovely to be able to walk out the door and into the street with stalls and restaurants. 1 minute walks from the city hall bus stop from the airport. The staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. Freshly prepared breakfast buffet. And fruit, tea and coffee available any time

Pleasant stay in Sarajevo

The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall a very clean, quiet and small hotel with a great location. Air conditioning was not working for the first night but then we got moved to a new room.

Nice small hotel. Modern with all necessary stuff. Small but cozy rooms. All hotel staff was very nice, kind, and helpful. Clean and new. Great Bosnian breakfast. Easy few minutes easy walk to the famous "Sebilj" fountain and the old city "bascarsija". However, noisy street traffic and other guests sometimes late into night.

Up a steep hill but nice accommodation

Moved to this hotel from another part of town. Clean and neat. Need to be able to. At luggage up a steep hill. No 24 hour staff. Could easily be locked out.

Friendly Service, Pleasant Stay

It was really interesting as Google Maps took us to the back entrance. It felt like this little hole-in-the-wall hotel. When we went inside it was beautiful. It was clean. The front desk person had all our cards ready. The room was simple and comfortable. The breakfast was also simple yet delicious. As we came and went for the couple days we were there, Tarek was there to greet us or help us with directions. He was very helpful and friendly, and made sure we were on the right road to get to our destination, as Google Maps was notorious for taking the worst route to get places in this area. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

The hotel was excellent, conveniently situated near the Sarajevo city center and within easy walking distance of all the tourist attractions. The hotel was clean, and the breakfast was delightful. The staff were always helpful and eager to assist us. Special thanks to Arsalan, who made our stay exceptionally welcoming. Tarik was also very helpful and courteous. Thank you for making our family holiday so enjoyable.

Didn't know that the room had a safety box inside a cupboard until the last day of checkout. There was no mention on the hotel description so never bothered to look when we check in. We booked the luxury family studio with two bathrooms. Everything about the room was exceptional. The only drawback is the limited front desk.

Giriş katında kaldık odanın önünde iki arabalık otopark vardı. Dükkanda kalıyor gibiydik. Konumu çok iyi. 3-4 dakika yürüme mesafesinde çarşı merkezi vardı. Kahvaltısı çok kötüydü. Çeşit çok azdı. Bir tabağa 3-4 dilim domates ve salatalık koymuşlardı. Sanırım Bosna Hersekde kahvaltı kültürü olmadığı için.
