“체크인부터 직원이 매우 매우 친절하였습니다. 객실은 넓고 깨끗하였으며, 주방시설도 식기세척기까지 잘 갖추어져 있습니다. 주차는 엘리베이터를 이용하여 지하로 내려가도록 되어 있는데, 공간은 넉넉하였습니다. 조식도 적당하게 잘 제공되었고, 모든 것이 만족스러운 숙소였습니다.”

“위치가 완벽함. 치약/치솔, 면도기, 빗, 무료생수는 없음. 객실 넓음. 리셉션 직원 친절. 조식은 보통. 저녁식사를 제공하지 않는게 흠(룸서비스도 당연히 안됨). 골드회원 혜택으로 제공하기로 되어있는 무료 와인 제공을 안했음. 사라예보 여행을 위해서는 최선의 선택임.”

“우선 씨티텍스가 1박에 무려 20유로씩 추가징수하구요. 갑자기 추워진 날씨에 히터도 안들어왔어요. 첫날 밤에 안나오길래 리셉션에 물어봤더니 해줄수있는게없다고ㅋㅋ 이불이나 더 달라고해서 덮고잤는데 다음날 히터이제 될거라더니 안되서 또 그냥잤네요. 주차도 호텔 앞에다가 하는게 아니고 한 50미터 더 가서 풀이자라는 가라지에 두라고하고. 식사도 뭐 그냥그냥입니다. 10시까지인데 늦게가면 리필도안해줘요. 위치는 좋아요. 관광지와 가까워서 다니기는좋은데. 음식추천 및 대부분의 서비스에서 이게 4성급이 맞나 라는 생각이 무지무지 듭니다. 한국분들은 가능하면 다른 곳 이용 하시길 추천드리고.. 시설은 방은 작구요. 나름 모던한 디자인의 호텔은 맞습니다. 제가 왠만하면 거의 대부분호텔 만점드리고 다니는데 여긴 서비스 0점이에요. 참고하세요~~!”

“We stayed at this hotel for one night while passing through, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. The hotel felt extremely old and poorly maintained. Everything seemed worn out, outdated, and generally unclean, which made the entire place feel unpleasant. Instead of feeling comfortable, we just wanted to leave as soon as possible. Since we arrived very late, we had no real choice but to spend the night there. Otherwise, we would have definitely booked a different...

“This hotel was lovely! My suite overlooked the back terrace and the mosque/old city. While it was a bit loud at night, the view was so beautiful, I didn't mind at all. The complementary breakfast was amazing, and the spa treatments were wonderful. Cena, the aesthetician, was so nice and friendly. The location is perfect for walking to almost anywhere in the city. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again!”
